Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Standard Shipping: $4.99 flat rate, delivered in 5–8 business days.
Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, delivered in 5–8 business days.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Restora is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at support@restora.com within 14 days of the shipment date and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
